Laura was wonderful!! I arrived during the flooding in May 2023. The local train station was closed but She helped me navigate from Ferrera to Ravenna by taxi, even calling the taxi company for me and making sure they would make the trip. I arrived after she left and she sent me the key code for the lobby and then my room. She also assisted in getting me back to train station so I could make the trip back to Venice. Room was comfortable and breakfast was delicious!!

It was close to the boat terminal so we had a relaxing morning walking around the city.

The room was simple but very adequate. The breakfast was Amazing. Wonderful variety and delicious. The staff was very nice and helpful -offering toiletries, since we has lost luggage and called for taxi when we needed.

It’s a really comfortable location, and love its style. It’s a really peaceful place. And the owner (I think) are amazing, they’re really kind, especially the woman (maybe her name is Laura, maybe)

The staff were great, location close to all bars and restaurants, great choice for breakfast, again very friendly staff.

Everyone was so helpful, recommending restaurants, finding me somewhere to get a pre-cruise Covid test without having to go into Ravenna! They also helped with my transfers. Breakfast was typically Italian plus touch more. Would happily go back.

Acceptable, Italian breakfast, with croissants, coffee and juice... If you want something special, eggs are also included...

The staff were very helpful in arranging our antigen test at a local pharmacy as taxis would not take us to our pre-arranged appointment some 20 minutes away - Daniella was so kind
